Weed Guacamole


Ingredients:
2 medium ripe avocados
1 medium ripe tomato, chopped 1/4 cup finely chopped red or yellow onion
1/4 cup finely chopped red or yellow onion
1 small scallion, finely chopped
1 medium jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded, and minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon cannabis oil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Peel and pit the advocados and place them in a food processor along with the tomato, onion, scallion, jalapeno, cilantro, cannabis oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the ingredients are evenly combined and texture is almost smooth.
2. Season with additional salt and pepper if necessary.

Weed Tea: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

There are several ways to make weed-infused drinks.  The upcoming cannabis tea recipe is the simplest and least psychoactive.  It is for times when you want the health benefits with less of a psychoactive effect.  Maybe you will have to continue working and need to maintain your focus but get some pain relief.  A cannabis tea recipe is not a new creature.  Weed tea recipes sometimes made as a tea with weed stems to save the leaf for bud for smoking or hash has been in use for hundreds of years.  The effects of drinking marijuana tea to get you high were known to ancient India, China, and Japan.  The benefits of drinkable weed tea were known to ancient Indians who used recipes for a cannabis tea called bhang.  Bhang was used for meditation or as a medical treatment in ancient times.  In the present day on the other side of the globe, Rastafarians are well known for their use of weed in spiritual ways.  They make a cannatea by infusing bags of immature green buds, stems, and leaves with water and flavoring to make a tea which is minimally psychoactive but provides many phytonutrients which promote health and pain relief.
The following method is the simplest.  In this method, the weed will not be decarbed ahead of time, but will be heated just below boiling temperature and consumed as it cools

CANNIBIS CANDIES: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

Cannabis Candies
Ingredients:
  • Light corn syrup, ¾ cup
  • Cup of water
  • Powdered sugar, 1/8 cup
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • Hash oil, (canna oil)
  • A teaspoon of peppermint flavoring
  • Green food coloring, 2 drops
Equipment:
  • Saucepan
  • Scissors
  • thermometer
  • pan, greased with cannabutter
  • Weeds or star candy molds
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Baking dish
Have all equipment ready because you have to move fast to make candy. Drop your water, corn syrup, and sugar into your saucepan and cook on high until the sugar dissolves. Now drop to medium heat for 15 mins then check with the thermometer until you reach 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Now remove from heat and add your drops of green food coloring, canna oil, and peppermint flavoring. Pour your liquid into the pan and let it cool. Once it is semi-hard, use your molds or scissors to cut it into your desired shape. If you have used a half ounce of weed in your oil, cut into 14 or 28 pieces the size of a jolly rancher. Now toss the pieces into the pan buttered with cannabutter or oil and get them nice and greasy. Next, take your baking dish and cover it in powdered sugar. Take the greasy candy pieces and roll them in the powdered sugar. Next, insert the lollipop sticks and let your candy harden. Now you have weed lollipops with the appropriate doses. Each lollipop is a bowl of smoked weed. Use this simple recipe and you will impress your friends and have a great way to enjoy the effects of marijuana without smoking, and without having to eat cookies or brownies. Even though it’s sugar, you will tend to take in fewer calories with candies than with baked cookies.
The effects of the weed lollipop are just as good as those of baked weed, but it comes on even slower, over an hour or two, and lasts even longer. Since it takes a while to dissolve the lollipop, you may be able to suck a lollipop for an hour, then immediately have another. You won’t have to worry about dosing because the time it takes to consume the lollipop will force you to be unable to overdose unless of course you chew the lollipop rather than sucking. So, suck the weed lollipop, let it take at least an hour, and you can have another while waiting for the effects to begin over the next hour.
Weed lollipops are also good for children with a marijuana prescription for seizures, and older persons with weed prescriptions who may not prefer baked goods which may damage teeth, gums, or dentures.
Candies and other cannabis edibles are a great way to get the absolute best out of your medical marijuana without taking in the byproducts of combustion from smoked weed.

Sugar Cookie With Dried Weed: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

Some people prefer a sugar cookie as a simpler and faster method.  They want the high-quality weed flower inside the cookie for taste and therapeutic power.  Any novice can make these. Here’s what you need:
Ingredients:
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/3 ounce of high quality, dry flower
  • 200 grams white sugar
  • 300 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 3 grams of weed (high quality, food-grade bud, no stems or seeds)
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Equipment:
  • Baking tray
  • 2 bowls
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon
  • Baking tray
Preparation:
  1. Grease baking sheet, preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.  Add in eggs.
  3. Mix in high quality, dried weed.
  4. Gradually add in flour and mix into a dough.
  5. Make 30 cookies, (10 mg of THC each)
  6. Bake 10 to 20 minutes till browned on the edges.  Remove from heat, add icing, or sprinkles and enjoy.  Begin with just half or ¼ of a cookie.
These types of cookies will contain the full chopped buds, providing more phytonutrients and fiber than in the previous recipe.  However, since the weed is not pre-decarboxylated, this recipe may have unpredictable levels of THC which may be lower or higher than if it had been extracted after decarboxylation.  Some users prefer to get more medical benefits and fewer psychoactive effects, so they like this recipe

PURPLE KUSHIE CAKE: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

Ingredients:
  1. 3 eggs
  2. The ¾ cup of cannabutter or oil
  3. 18.25 ounces cake mix, Betty Crocker Chocolate Super Moist
  4. 16-ounce frosting, vanilla or other flavors
  5. 2 cups of cold milk
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Follow the directions on the box and use your cannabutter or canna-oil instead of shortening or butter.  Mix all your ingredients into a consistent batter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove, let cool for 30 minutes then add frosting and sprinkles.  You have your Purple Kush Cake to delight your guests. Cut into the number of bowls used to make your cannabutter. You can slice it horizontally to make a flat brownie as well.  Enjoy carefully!

How To Choose the Appropriate Dosage

Dosing can always be tricky with edibles, especially when you make your own cannabis cake.  The easiest way to dose with cake is to simply remember what was the total amount of bowls you used in your cannabutter or oil.  One gram of pot with 10% THC, which is one large bowl, contains about 100 mg of THC. A normal dose of THC in edibles is about 10 mg.  Increase by 10 mg at each level of increased tolerance. So, take the amount of butter you plan to use in your cake, say two sticks of butter, and count the number of bowls you want in your cake to put in your cannabutter or oil.  You have used 10 bowls, so cut your cake into 10 pieces, and each piece will contain a dose of about 10 mg of THC. Just adapt this formula for the type of marijuana you use. You can also instead make 10 cupcakes or muffins, using a bowl for each.  A space cupcake can be a discreet, portable way of taking medical marijuana on the run.

CANNABIS CHOCOLATE: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

Ingredients:
  • Candy Mold
  • A hundred grams of chocolate
  • Five grams of weed, ground
  • Bowl, glass or porcelain
  • Saucepan
This is the easiest recipe for making simple weed chocolate.  With this recipe, you can use cannabis ground finely or your cannabis tincture.  Here, we are going to finely grind our weed the decarboxylate it by placing it in the oven at 120 degrees for about 30 minutes.  While the weed is decarboxylating, we can melt our chocolate using steam.  We are going to put the chocolate in the glass or porcelain bowl, then put water in the saucepan and bring it to a boil.   Set the bowl over the boiling water so that it doesn’t touch the water by using a bowl big enough to sit on top of the saucepan so that you can melt the chocolate gently with steam.  Now, stir in the cannabis which has been finely ground and decarboxylated.  Mix it in well, then pour it into your candy molds, being sure to note how much weed you’ve used, 5 grams, and how many candies you have made.  Test the strength of eating a small piece and waiting 45 minutes to 2 hours for the effects.

CANNABIS INFUSED STRAWBERRY MANGO SANGRIA: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅛ ounce cannabis
  • Pantyhose or cheesecloth (DIY tea bag, whichever is cheaper)
  • 1 bottle white rum
  • 3 mangoes
  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bottle Sauvignon blanc
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 cups club soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Decarb ⅛ ounce cannabis in the oven at 240 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes to activate the THC. Grind cannabis.
  2. Using a pantyhose or cheesecloth, make a DIY tea bag filled with cannabis grounds.
  3. Insert the DIY tea bag inside a bottle of white rum. Close the lid, and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. If you refrigerate for 7 days or longer, it will extract more THC out of the bud.
  4. Cut the strawberries in half, and remove stems. Dice the mangoes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and half of the halved strawberries. Bring mixture to a boil, then let simmer, stirring occasionally. Let cool. Then using a sieve, strain the strawberry syrup. Place the syrup in the refrigerator to cool.
  6. In a pitcher, combine mangoes and the remaining strawberries. Add strawberry syrup, 1 cup cannabis rum, Sauvignon blanc, and fresh orange juice, then mix together. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. When you’re ready to serve, add 2 cups club soda. Pour into glasses, and spoon in fruit. Top with more soda. Serve.

Cannabis Cookie Dough Cups: RECIPE/ INSTRUCTIONAL

INGREDIENTS

  • For the Cannabutter:
  • ¼ ounce cannabis
  • ½ cup butter
  • Pantyhose or cheesecloth
  • For the Cookie Dough Chocolate Cups:
  • Melted cannabutter
  • ½ cup brown sugar, light
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 cups chocolate, melted
  • Muffin tin lining cups

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Decarb a quarter of an ounce cannabis in the oven at 240 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes to activate the THC. Grind cannabis, but not too fine.
  2. Pour cannabis into a heatproof jar. Add half a cup of butter. Close lid. Place sealed jar inside a pot with boiling water. Boil for 2 to 3 hours to infuse cannabis into butter.
  3. Wrap pantyhose or cheesecloth over a glass jar, and strain cannabis butter. Use immediately, or refrigerate until needed.
  4. In a baking sheet, spread flour and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes to kill bacteria.
  5. In a large bowl, add melted cannabis butter and light brown sugar, then mix together. Add cream cheese and granulated sugar, then mix. Add baked flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract, then mix. Add mini chocolate chips, and mix. Roll cookie dough into small balls, slightly flattened, then set aside.
  6. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate.
  7. Line muffin tin with lining cups. Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin cup. Place the cookie dough on top of the melted chocolate. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the cookie dough. Gently, shake the muffin tin to even out the chocolate.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE WEED MONKEY BREAD: RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

If you’ve ever been to a fair or a park, you would have tasted monkey bread, that sticky, gooey pastry that finds a place at breakfast tables in the United States. For the sake of those who haven’t heard of the term—it’s a sweet dish that’s made out of dough balls dipped in cinnamon sugar and baked. Although these are available for the asking, there’s nothing like making your own medicated monkey bread.
Let’s look at what we need:
  • Cannabutter (6oz at room temperature)
  • Melted cannabutter (½ lb.)
  • Sugar (3 tbs)
  • Salt (1tsp)
  • Milk (1cup)
  • Eggs (3)
  • Yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
  • Flour (4 ½ cups)
Implements required
  • 9-inch ring mold
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife to cut butter
  • Bread tin (to allow loaf to rice)
Directions:
Take a little milk in a bowl and add yeast to it. Stir the milk till the yeast dissolves. Add 2 eggs to the mixture and beat well. This helps create air pockets and allow the bread to rise. Add the salt, sugar and flour and mix the ingredients well adding small quantities of milk at a time. Once you attain a smooth dough, add the butter. Cut the butter into small bits and then knead it into the dough so that the butter blends into it.

Now put the dough into the bread tin and allow it to rise. It takes roughly 60 to 90 minutes for the dough to rise to double its size. Remove from the tin and roll the dough on a board that has been previously floured. Keep rolling the dough in the form of a long cylinder till it’s nice and pliable. Then cut vertically into two dozen symmetrical and equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and dip it in the melted butter.
Take the ring mold, butter and flour it and place the balls of dough on it leaving enough space between each piece to allow for horizontal spread while baking. Allow the balls to stand in the mold for half an hour (this is to allow it to rise), brush the tops with egg and bake for 25-30 minutes. Don’t forget to pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
A golden-brown treat greets your eyes. Wait for it cool and then top it up with cream or strawberries or chocolate syrup and you have the most delicious pastry that will surely satiate your sweet buds.
Be careful about how many you eat—it’s a medicated pastry- so don’t monkey about with this one.

HOW TO MAKE CANNABIS CARAMELS : RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

Cannabis Caramels. Not only does it have a ring to it, but these caramels taste great. What I really like about these caramels is that they are easily concealable and simple to make. Not only that, but there’s a lot you can do with them too! I regularly attend the cannabis cup and every year people get more creative with their thc edibles, especially caramels. Now, the cannabis caramel recipe we are using today is basic, but can be touched up upon if you’d like. We don’t need a whole lot of ingredients for this one, but we will need the following.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cannabutter
  • 1 cup of corn syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 14 oz of condensed milk
  • 1 tsb of vanilla

Directions

So the first step of this recipe is to melt your 1 cup of cannabutter down in a medium sized pot on the stove. Then you are going to mix in the dash of salt and 2 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Once these ingredients have combined, stir in the milk and corn syrup. It should be noted here that you are going to want to consistently continue to stir the mixture throughout the entire process. We are working with a small amount of caramels here so it is advised to let this mixture heat up on medium to high heat for around 12 to 15 minutes, or until the mixture starts to turn into a goo and harden. It is at this point that we are going to mix in the 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Once the vanilla has been evenly dispersed, pour the caramel into a 9×13 inch pan and let them cool. A 9×13 inch pan is not required, but I’ve found it works best with the amount of caramel we are working with here. Once these are cooled, cut wrap and serve. As an added tip, I personally like to add coarse salt on top or drizzle them in some melted chocolate. Get creative here, the sky is the limit!
Now the recipe you will see in the video below is very different that what I’ve outlined above. It follows the same basic format but this guy uses 45 grams of high quality bubble hash yielding 45 caramels. These caramels are no joke (for experienced users only) and are similar to some that I’ve seen at the Cannabis Cup.

HOW TO MAKE MARIJUANA HOT WINGS : INSTRUCTIONS & RECIPE

How would you like to make some tasty, finger-licking marijuana hot wings? Here is a simple and great recipe just for that and you need not worry about smoking your marijuana anymore. You can ingest it with these fabulous chicken wings that will have you begging for more!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds of fresh chicken wings
  • Vegetable oil or cooking oil
  • Red hot sauce
  • 1 stick or ½ cup of cannabis butter
  • Ranch dressing
Kitchen tools required:                                                                                   
  • A deep fryer
  • A kitchen temperature gauge
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Slotted spoon
  • Paper towels
Instructions:
Start by preparing the chicken. First remove the wing tips and separate the flappers from the chops. Once that is done, put the chicken in a bowl and keep it aside to dry. Meanwhile get the oil heated up in the deep frying pan. Make sure there is sufficient room to add the chicken once the oil is hot. Get the oil heated to 375 degrees, check using the temperature gauge.
When the oil has reached the desired temperature start adding the chicken wings one at time slowly as the oil will be very hot and bubbling at this point. Don’t add too many pieces at once or else the oil will boil over the pan.Let the chicken fry for 12 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the oil stays close to 375 degrees. Use a slotted spoon to separate any chicken pieces that may have stuck together in the oil.
As the chicken is frying, put together the marijuana hot sauce. The cannabis butter needs to be melted first in a microwave or on the stove. Mix the hot sauce and cannabis butter in the ratio of 1:1 in a bowl. Say ½ a cup of the hot sauce and ½ a cup of the butter. Mix them well with a whisk.
By now the chicken wings should have cooked. Lower the flame onthe pan and using the slotted spoon take the chicken wings out. Put them on a pan with paper towels so that they absorb the excess oil. Now transfer the wings into a large bowl and add as much marijuana hot sauce as you need over the wings. Toss the chicken wings together to get an even coating of the sauce on all the pieces and they are ready to go! Serve with some ranch dressing dip on the side.
You can also do an alternative recipe with a small difference which will taste just as good. It is called reverse hot wings. Put some dry mix ranch dressing over the cooked wings then toss them together nicely. Serve them with the marijuana hot sauce on the side.

HOW TO MAKE WEED FRENCH TOAST : RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONAL

Ever tried Marijuana French toast for breakfast? If smoke up is the first thing you do in the morning then don’t. Hold on till this delicious breakfast is ready and then you’ll be able to have breakfast and get stoned at the same time. This is the best way to begin the morning that combines into a good treat for the body and which blows your mind too.

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons canna butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½  teaspoon salt
  • powdered sugar
Equipment:
  • Baking dish 13 x 9 inches
  • Knife
  • spoon
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoons
  • Dish cover

Directions

Lightly butter the baking dish. Cut the baguette crosswise at an angle to make 8 pieces. Each slice should be at least ¾ inches thick. Keep aside. In a small bowl cream the two kinds of butters till they are thoroughly combined. Now spread this butter on one side of each of the 8 slices. Now arrange these 8 slices, butter side up, into the greased baking dish.
In a separate mixing bowl add the eggs, milk, maple syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt. Whisk the ingredients till they blend. Pour this mixture over the bread and allow the slices to soak it up by pressing it down on it with a spoon. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 8 hours.
When you wish to have your Baked Marijuana French Toast, preheat the oven to 350°F. Once heated uncover the dish and place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown. Dust them with powdered sugar and enjoy the power. How to make Weed Waffles: Recipe and Instructions

Nothing is going to blow your mind out than these BHO cheese and bacon waffles that have all that concentrate in them. So be careful and don’t eat all alone but share it around. Eat them hot for breakfast with some maple syrup and coffee and you have a complete marijuana meal to send you rocketing.
Ingredients:
  • ½ gram BHO Shatter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ lb of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • One cup pancake waffle mix of your choice
  • ¾ cup milk
Kitchen Equipment:
  • Double boiler
  • Waffle iron
  • Frying pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoon ½ cup
  • Spoon
Instructions:
Place the double boiler on the heat with water below and coconut oil on top. Melt coconut oil in a double boiler till it melts completely. Now add BHO concentrate till it is completely incorporated into the oil. This will ensure that the marijuana is bycarboxylated to make it effective. Remove from the heat and place in a mixing bowl till cool.
Fry the bacon till it is nice and crispy. Cool and chop into bits. Keep aside. Mix two eggs into the mixing bowl that has the coconut oil and BHO. Whisk lightly, pour in the milk and whisk again till all the ingredients are incorporated. Add the one cup of pancake and waffle mix and whisk thoroughly. Once mixed well add cheese and the bacon bits and again mix till fully incorporated.
Heat the waffle iron to medium high heat. Measure out half a cup of the mix and place in the heated waffle iron. Smoothen quickly and close the cover. Remove when browned. You will know it’s done once the steam comes out the sides and the cheese begins to trickle out. Make sure you remove it only when it is browned to ensure the marijuana is decarboxylated so you get the kick. This mixture will make four waffles if you use half a cup at a time. Enjoy the BHO Bakin Cheese Waffles and the high as this really will kick start your day and leave you craving for more

HOW TO DO DRY ICE THC EXTRACTION

Here is a quick and easy method of extracting THC from marijuana by using dry ice to make hash. You can compress the extracted hash into cakes or pellets for easy storage and later use as well. Let’s take a look at how it’s done.
Tools required:
  • Two 1 gallon bubble bags with silk micron filters (73 and 90 micron each)
  • A bucket about the same size as your bubble bag
  • A pair of safety gloves
  • A hammer
  • Pollen press (to form the powdered kief into hash cakes)
Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce of weed
  • 2 to 3 pounds of chopped up dry ice
Instructions:
Start by breaking the dry ice into 1 inch cubes using a hammer in the sink. Don’t forget to wear your safety gloves while doing this. For 1 ounce of weed you need to use 2 or 3 handfuls of dry ice.
Next put the weed into the bucket and then put 2 to 3 handfuls of dry ice into it. Once the ice is in, gently toss the weed and ice together in the bucket to combine them together. Once they have been mixed let them sit in the bucket for a couple of minutes and in the meantime put the fine mesh bubble bag on over the bucket all the way from over the top till you cover the entire bucket and tie it off at the bottom.
Now shake the bubble bag and bucket for about 2 or 3 minutes till the bag is cooling up. Once the weed and dry ice have chilled for about 2 minutes, invert the bucket along with the bubble bag over a flat clean surface. Shake the bucket over the surface much like you would shake a salt shaker. This action will make sure that the small THC passes through the micron filter of the bag and comes out and most of the weed plant matter is held back. This action takes 2 to 3 minutes; keep shaking the bucket till the kief stops falling out. This is higher quality kief as we are using a fine micron filter. Brush off the bottom of the bag once the kief stops falling out. Now use a thin flat card like a credit card to scrape all the kief collected on the surface into a pile. The kief will have an amber yellow colour.
Next do the same procedure using theless fine micron mesh bubble bag and this will help you collect a slightly lower grade quality hash. With the larger micron mesh you will collect much more kief but this kief is not as potent as the kief collected with the first bubble bag. Collect the kief in a pile using a card just like before. This kief will have a slight green colour as it has more plant material.
Weigh both the types of collected kief. You can get about 0.6g of the higher grade kief and 2.9g of the lesser potent kief with this extraction method and 1 ounce of weed. If you want to make the kief into hash cakes you can do so with the pollen press. The result would be pellets of compressed hash.
