Cannabis-Infused Coconut Curry

Ingredients:
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused coconut oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 pound (450g) vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 1 pound (450g) protein of your choice (tofu, chicken, shrimp)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat the cannabis-infused coconut oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

2. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes to release flavors.

3. Add your choice of protein and cook until browned. If using tofu, ensure it's well-cooked.

4. Mix in the vegetables and cook until they begin to soften.

5. Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve the cannabis-infused coconut curry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
