THC-Infused Lavender Lemon Bars


Here's a simple recipe for THC-infused lavender lemon bars:

**Ingredients:**

For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted cannabis-infused butter, softened

For the Filling:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds (culinary grade)

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 

2. **Prepare Crust:** In a bowl, mix the flour, powdered sugar, and softened cannabis-infused butter until you get a crumbly texture. Press the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.

3. **Prepare Filling:** While the crust is baking, whisk together granulated sugar, flour, and baking powder in another bowl. Add the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried lavender buds. Mix until well combined.

4. **Pour Filling Over Crust:** Once the crust is done, pour the filling mixture over the hot crust. 

5. **Bake Again:** Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

6. **Cool and Cut:** Allow the lavender lemon bars to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar.
